Quick university access

Warnborough College provides high quality learning and accredited qualifications for students around the world, offering a wide range of courses including degree and postgraduate qualifications.

Originally founded in Oxford in 1973 by Ethyl Tempest-Mogg, Warnborough College’s aim has always been to provide flexible, accessible learning. Ethyl Tempest-Mogg wanted to provide an alternative learning experience to the traditional methods of the time. Ethyl decided to promote the Socratic style of teaching, which encourages students to fully participate in their own learning; using one-one mentoring to support a deeper and more personal comprehension of the subject. This new and adventurous institution offered a learning experience different to the mainstream, and soon became respected by other educational bodies.

In 2001 Warnborough College expanded and relocated to its current position –  the beautiful and historical city of Canterbury, where it continues in the Socratic tradition; offering inclusive, flexible, student focussed programs covering a wide range of subjects.

Over the years, many students have been able to improve their career chances through Warnborough’s Degree Pathway Program or be recognised for their achievements through Warnborough’s Competency Based Degree’s.

Warnborough College is a friendly and non-traditional, accredited teaching institution where the tutors are experts in their field and love to teach. Success is just around the corner with Warnborough!
