How to Apply

Quick university access

This page tells you how to apply to study the University Access courses at Warnborough College.

There are only five easy steps.

Step 1: Decide

Decide if you want to study online or come for classes in Canterbury.

Choose the course and term date (if you want to study in Canterbury). Feel free to discuss your choices with us.

Step 2: Apply

Complete and submit the online interactive Application Form (opens in a new window).

You can scan and upload your supporting documents to this form. Alternatively, email the documents to us at info@warnborough.edu.

Remember: You should specify if you want us to arrange airport pickup and accommodation for you. If you have any problems opening or using the application form, please contact us.

Step 3: Accept

You will receive a letter of offer and invoice, including accommodation options – please note that accommodation must be pre-booked and prepaid before a visa support letter is issued.
Read the information carefully – check that important details are correct (e.g. name, date of birth, passport details, etc).

If everything is fine, confirm your acceptance in writing and pay your fees.

Step 4: Prepare

When we have received your signed confirmation and your fees, you will be sent a letter confirming your registration on the university access course. You can use this letter to apply for a visa (if this is necessary).

Step 5: Begin

If you are studying online, you will be sent the username and password to access your study materials immediately.

If you wish to attend classes in Canterbury, you must make arrangements to come for the induction and receive your term time-table.

British and European Union (EU) students do not require a visa to study at Warnborough College. If you do not hold a British or EU passport, you must apply for a Standard Visitor Visa (SVV). Information on how to apply for a SVV (including your nearest British High Commission) can be found on the British Home Office website. You will need a copy of the confirmation letter (see Stage 4) as well as proof that you have enough money to support yourself during your study at Warnborough College.

Please inform us as soon as you have have received your visa. At this time, you should let us know if you wish to book an airport collection or any last minute information pertaining to accommodation or your arrival. It is also a good idea to read the guides on what to bring with you, what to do when you arrive in the UK, and other information.

And Finally…

We look forward to welcoming you to Warnborough College and hope that you learn a lot and enjoy yourself.
